The basement of this house is only under the master bedroom, under the other parts of the house are only crawl spaces. This basement is a full height basement, not a basement that is really low. It is a typical old basement. But not really bad in my opinion, it is dry and it housed the oil furnace and washer and dryer and other basements extras.
