A true Monday and it isn't even 8:00 a.m. It started with the two oldest kids playing the monopoly game that they had to quit last night, since it got late. The boy always wins and always has tons of moola, this morning wasn't any different. The girl always loses and to a certain point does well and then one can see she gets tired of how the dice rolls and she gets irked.
Then to add to the pot of life the middle boy comes down and is as loud as can be, which is normal. He sings and dances and talks and bothers his sister to no end. Today he was attempting at getting them to laugh and spoke with all seriousness, "Look I can ummm stand on my feet." His older brother starts to giggle and shake his head and responds with, "Mom, I think he was born the wrong way."
This past weekend we had some friends from the Eastern Shore of Maryland come this way and spend the Friday night with us. The man is Bill's hunting buddy sometimes, so we heard plenty of stories, the family room filled with gun cleaning aroma and lots of laughs, us women did sneak out to do a little shopping at the local apple orchard/gift shop. We also got our living room all ready to start painting, I have some drywall dust to clean up today and there is a little area that Bill has to sand and then we are ready for priming the ceiling and painting.
