This is "our" front yard now, while sitting on the rockers on the stone patio/porch.
Around the closing table we saw relief on the sellers face and their real estate agents face. Bill and I were thrilled...this is what we wanted and couldn't wait to start it all.
The keys were passed to us. Two of them and they weren't your normal keys...they were skeleton keys. How awesome we thought.
