On Friday it was in the 70's here in Maryland, what a fantastic day. I even pondered the idea of buying some seeds for planting. (Notice I said pondered.) So at the store they had these beautiful tulips and since we didn't have any flowers at home I decided to splurge.
I am thinking of those in Wisconsin, as they almost had their snow melted and now are under a foot of snow in places. This post isn't to be mean at all to my WI friends because this evening we are suppose to get up to 7 inches and our snow is pretty much gone.
So since spring is on our mind we are wanting to get outside and start digging in the soil. Don't know if you remember the front of our place, it has a lot of over grown bushes and a lot of ground cover. I dislike (HATE) ground cover, since I can't see what is under it (like mice, snakes, chipmunks...) so we hope to kill all of the ivy/ground cover and add some plants and flowers.
